CreateTable ; can create tables, but not views, in the RDB. This method is not generated for classes where the table was designated as already existing or READONLY in the class defintion. createTable ; creates a table with columns in the same order as they are defined in the Class .H file, and creates a unique index on the primary key attributes. If there is a problem creating the table, the RDB sends an exception.
From such an ancestor by centriolar reorientation and therefore included them loosely among the tetrakonts Cavalier-Smith, 1991, 1992 ; . I now think this was probably a mistake and favour restricting the term tetrakont to kinetids with at least one posterior centriole bearing a recurrent cilium. Only Metamonada are truly tetrakont in this sense. I previously argued that tetrakonty is a derived condition and that tetrakonts evolved from anisokont biciliate ancestors Cavalier-Smith, 1987a, 1991, 2000, ; . It seems likely that Trichozoa evolved from metamonad ancestors with cruciately arranged centrioles, like Trimastix, and that Trimastix in turn evolved from a biciliate loukozoan similar to Malawimonas. In principle, the postulated progression from uniciliate to biciliate to tetraciliate makes great cell-biological sense Cavalier-Smith, 1982, 1987a, 1991, ; , especially since the discovery of ciliary transformation reviewed by Moestrup, 2000 ; , but we also know that secondary reversion can occur and thus need to establish which groups are ancestrally uni-, bi- or quadriciliate. For Percolozoa, at least some of the biciliate genera, e.g. Naegleria, are nested within the otherwise quadriciliate or non-ciliate Heterolobosea now also including the lyromonads, which have either one or four quadriciliate kinetids ; . I suggest that the ancestral percolozoan had quadriciliate kinetids, most probably a single one. As all four centrioles are parallel in both percolozoan classes, their kinetid structure provides no evidence that they were ever truly tetrakont. As Loukozoa all have two divergent, obtusely angled centrioles, it is likely that the quadriciliate condition evolved independently in Metamonada and Percolozoa from such an ancestor by ciliary multiplication Cavalier-Smith, 1993a ; . It is less likely that a group with fundamentally parallel centrioles would give rise to the tetrakont arrangement, which is one reason for questioning the common rRNA grouping of Trichozoa and Percolozoa this probable artefact is not seen in Fig. 1, possibly because of the combination of large excavate taxon sampling, gamma and chlorpheniramine.

Blackmore, W. P.: Comparative Effects of Chlorothiazide and Mersalyl Mersalyl Sodium and Theophylline ; on the Kidney. J. Pharmacol. & Exper. Therap. 126: 303 April ; , 1959. This study evaluated the comparative effects of chlorothiazide and a mercurial diuretic mersalyl sodium and theophylline ; on osmolar clearance "free" water clearance, glomerular filtration rate, and renal excretion of sodium, potassium, and chloride. Each compound was given intravenously in a concentration sufficient to produce a marked diuretic response. Chlorothiazide had a more rapid onset of action than miersalyl. Chlorothiazide was an effective diuretic even in the presence of a significant decrease in glomerular filtration rate, indicating a direct tubular response. In moderately hydrated dogs, chlorothiazide produced no change in "free" water clearance and a moderate increase in osmolar clearance. Mersalyl increased "free" water clearance and greatly increased osmnolar clearance. In dogs undergoing maximal water diuresis both diuretics produced a significant increase in osmolar clearance and no significant change in "free" water clearance. RiNZLER and chlorpromazine.
Testosterone propionate, after Testosterone cypionate and enanthate, is the third injectable testosterone ester that needs to be described in detail. This makes sense because, unlike cypionate and enanthate, both of which are widely used and well-spread in Europe, proprionate is little noticed by most athletes. The reader will now certainly pose the question of why the characteristics of an apparently rarely used substance are described in detail. At a first glance this might seem a little unusual but when looking at this substance more closely, there are several reasons that become clear. Testosterone propionate is used on so few occasions in weightlifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding not because it is ineffective. On the contrary, most do not know about propionate and its application potential. One acts according to the mottos "what you don't know won't hurt you" and "If others don't use, it can't be any good." We do not want to go this far and call propionate the most effective testosterone ester-, however, in certain applications it is superior to enanthate, cypionate, and also undecanoate because it has characteristics which the common test-osterones do not have

A pulmonary embolism PE ; reduces or blocks the lung's ability to supply oxygen to the body. It can cause shortness of breath with mild exertion and can impair lung function. Severe cases can cause heart failure of death. There are approximately 350, 000 cases of PE in Western Europe alone. Despite improvements in diagnosis and anti-coagulation regimens, thromboembolic disease continues to plague patients. In cases where standard medical therapy for thromboembolism is contraindicated, results in complications or fails to adequately protect a patient from embolic insults, treatment is via the insertion of an inferior vena cava IVC ; filter. The IVC is the largest venous structure in the body, and drains the venous return from the lower extremities, pelvis, and abdomen into the right atrium. It is posterior to the abdominal cavity, and runs alongside of the vertebral column on its right side. As it ascends to the right of the aorta and anterior to the spine retroperitoneally, it receives blood from the lower lumbar veins and ascending lumbar vein. The right gonadal vein and suprarenal veins empty directly into the IVC below and above the right renal vein, respectively. At the level of the renal veins, the IVC lies posterior to the head of the pancreas, and then it ascends in a groove posterior to the liver. It receives the left, middle and right hepatic veins, and often a separate branch from the caudate lobe, before it passes behind the right crus of the diaphragm to enter the right atrium. IVC filters are devices developed to replace surgical ligation or placement of IVC clips to prevent fatal PE. Recently, new filters have been developed as retrievable filters. These devices can be retrieved after a finite period of time following placement should the patient's risk of pulmonary embolism diminish, or can be left in the patient as a permanent device. One filter, the Gnther TulipTM Vena Cava filter, has been used in Europe since 1992.

The long-term effects of hypertension and atherosclerosis are similar in that both diseases result in a form of vascular wall fibrosis 1-4 ; . Although the anatomic consequences of hypertension involve arterioles primarily, the aorta and other large arteries become dilated with fragmented elastic laminas and increased collagen 5 ; . Since these are age-related changes associated with susceptibility to atherosclerosis, these changes alone may provide an explanation for the well-documented relationship between hypertension and atherosclerosis 5, 6 ; . Recently, workers in several laboratories have reported increased biosynthesis of collagen in experimental atherosclerosis 3, 7, 8 ; . The availability in this laboratory of methods for measuring a number of markers of collagen biosynthesis has made it possible to determine the effects of hypertension on collagen biosynthesis in blood vessels. We have found that the mesenteric artery and aorta of hypertensive rats, even in the absence of vascular lesions, exhibit a severalfold increase in the formation of collagen chains and in the enzyme prolyl hydroxylase EC 1.14.11.2; proline, 2-oxoglutarate dioxygenase ; . These two markers of collagen biosynthesis were decreased towards normal values by antihypertensive agents concomitant with the decrease in blood pressure. Materials and Methods. Desoxycorticosterone acetate was purchased from Nutritional Biochemicals Corp.; reserpine and chlorothiazide were from the Sigma Chemical Co. and Merck and Co., respectively. Bacterial collagenase, free of nonspecific proteases, was obtained from Advance Biofactures, Lynbrook, N. Y.
